Northridge Hospitality has earned the distinction of Premier Hotelier for 2015 by Choice Hotels International!

The Premier Hotelier Award recognizes exceptional franchisees that develop properties with Choice Hotels, live up to the brand promise through excellent property performance, and are active in the franchise community. The award recognizes owners who are truly committed to the brand and who work closely with Choice Hotels to enhance the brand’s success.

Northridge Hospitality is truly honored to receive this award because it acknowledges our drive and passion for caring for our guests, we look forward to continuing our productive and successful relationship with Choice Hotels long into the future.

Northridge has decided on Lincoln Nebraska as the site for our first “duel-branded” hotel.  The exciting project is outlined in the Journal Star.

Choice’s new, innovative dual-brand concept for the Sleep Inn and MainStay Suites brands is an attractive option for guests as well as members of the hotel development community. The hybrid design allows guests to experience two distinctive brands during their stay. For developers, the strong appeal of these projects includes construction efficiencies, operational productivity through shared staff and both public space and back of house facilities, as well as the ability to tap into diverse customer bases. This allows hoteliers to address multiple travel market demands — business, leisure, transient and extended stay – all under one roof.

Congratulations to the Sleep Inn & Suites, Fargo for being selected as the 2014 Employer of the Year by the Metro Area Mayor’s Committee for People with Disabilities. Northridge loves to give back by supporting the fabulous organizations and the communities we serve.  We were proud to be part of Woofstock in Grand Forks, ND this past September.  Great event for a great cause!

A new Dickinson Comfort Inn is here!  Renovations are complete. Guests are welcomed with a fresh inviting new exterior, lobby, guest rooms, exercise room and elevator.  The Open House was a success introducing everyone to the new property.  Congratulations to Melissa and her staff!

Northridge took part in bringing a little wet fun to the kids during the Potato Bowl 10K Run and Tater Tot Trot. This year UND introduced the ”Get Wet and Run Wild”  races for kids only (under age 14), Northridge enjoyed being part of “Squirt Gun Alley” as the kids ran through!
